1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DUORETAIL Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DUORETAIL as a buyer or seller. By using our platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

▪ Provide accurate, current, and complete information
▪ You are responsible for maintaining password security
▪ Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
▪ One account per user – no shared accounts

4. Buying and Selling

▪ Sellers must list accurate product descriptions and prices
▪ Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping
▪ All sales are contracts between buyer and seller – DUORETAIL facilitates but is not a party
▪ We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly forbidden:
▪ Illegal products or services
▪ Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
▪ Counterfeit goods or stolen property
▪ Hazardous materials
▪ Adult content or services
▪ Prescription drugs or medical devices

6. Fees and Payments

▪ Listing products is free for sellers
▪ DUORETAIL charges a transaction fee (5% of the sale price) – deducted automatically
▪ Buyers pay using our secure payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal)
▪ Sellers receive payouts within 3-5 business days after order completion

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:
▪ Harass, abuse, or harm other users
▪ Manipulate reviews or ratings
▪ Use bots or automated tools to scrape data
▪ Post false or misleading information
▪ Attempt to bypass our fee structure

8. Intellectual Property

DUORETAIL owns the platform design, logos, and content. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@duoretail.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

DUORETAIL is not liable for:
▪ Direct or indirect damages from using our platform
▪ Seller product quality or delivery issues (disputes handled between parties)
▪ Loss of data or profits

Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the last 6 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Orleans.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
