  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and destination and are displayed before order confirmation.

  • All prices include VAT.

2. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Romania and 5–14 business days for EU countries.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as customs clearance, weather, or logistics issues.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Risk and Title

  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

  • Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment has been received.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For shipments within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price.

  • For international shipments outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Failed Deliveries and Returns

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually make multiple attempts or hold the package at a nearby location.

  • If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • DuoRetail will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
