Once your order ships, you will receive:

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

▪ DUORETAIL is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
▪ If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or contact the carrier
▪ For lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact support within 14 days

6. International Shipping

▪ Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
▪ Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance
▪ We do not declare lower value on customs forms (legal requirement)

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address:
